The S.G. over 0.2 can be adjusted and designed freely and accurately by two-process vulcanizations. |
| Magnet or metal equipped |
On the process, inserted magnet or metal can be made easily. Neither crack nor shrinkage have shown on the products. |
| Multi mounding |
The multiple tooling operations make possibly to produce complicated shape manufacturing without any affect its specific gravity. |
| Heat and weathering resistance |
Maximum temperature for the work is 180¼C in oils.
It shows constant and stable performance between 80¼C and 100¼C. Good cold-resistance is -150¼C.
It works with oils prescribed in JISK6301 (lubricating oil and fuel oil) in the temperature down to -50¼C. |
| Under a water pressure |
Absence of any varition of density even under a water pressure of 20kgs/cm2.
The S.G. 0.3 shows constant performance under a water pressure of 25-35kgs/cm2. |
| Excellent resistance against oils and chemicals |
It is never affected by any oils, sea-waters, acids and alkalis.
The gasoline content rate resulted from gasoline immersion test is less than 0.5% of weight change. |
